TANAY, RIZAL – In celebration of the Jubilee Year and the Month of Catechists, the catechists of San Ildefonso de Toledo Parish organized a meaningful activity called the Catechetical Bazaar on October 11, 2025.

The event encouraged students to exchange accumulated points for school supplies and nutritious food items.

The activity aimed to teach children the values of generosity, sharing, and faith in action. Through the bazaar, students experienced the joy of receiving and giving — a tangible lesson on the Christian virtue of charity. The catechists guided the young participants, ensuring that the event remained both educational and spiritually enriching.

Parishioners and sponsors donated items for the bazaar, while volunteers assisted in organizing and distributing supplies.

The event reflected the collaborative spirit of the parish community and its continuing mission to form the youth in faith and service.

The Catechetical Bazaar ended with a short prayer and blessing for the students and teachers. It stood as a simple yet powerful reminder that faith can be taught not only through words but also through acts of kindness and generosity.
