TANAY, RIZAL — San Ildefonso de Toledo Parish recently welcomed young pilgrims from three visiting parishes: Sta. Monica in Tondo Manila, St. Francis of Assisi in Mandaluyong, and Sacred Heart of Jesus in Sta. Mesa for their three-day Local Youth Pilgrimage aimed to inspire faith and community among participants.

Members and officers from the Neo Catechumenal Way of the parish organized the warm welcome for the delegates of the said event.

Rev. Fr. Ferdinand C. Delatado opened the event with a heartfelt welcome, setting the tone for the gathering.

Meanwhile, Bro. Sonny Resurrecion followed with an engaging talk about the church’s history, enriching the experience for attendees.

The festivities included a lively parade to Tanay Park, where pilgrims participated in various programs and activities, showcasing their musical talents and strengthening their bonds of faith and friendship.

The event marked a significant moment for youth engagement in the local church community.
