TANAY, RIZAL – San Ildefonso de Toledo Parish held the third Stations of the Cross of the Lenten season at Barangay Kat-Bayani and Tandang-Kutyo on March 21, 2025.

The event was led by Rev. Fr. Ferdinand C. Delatado and was attended by parishioners who took part in the annual Lenten tradition.

The procession, which followed the 14 Stations of the Cross, commemorated the events of Christ’s suffering on His way to the cross.

The images of Nuestro Padre Jesus Nazareno and San Ildefonso de Toledo were carried during the procession, representing the parish’s devotion to both Christ and their patron saint.

As in previous weeks, families prepared candles and images to signify each station. This participation allowed the faithful to unite in prayer and reflection during the Lenten season.

The third Stations of the Cross is part of the parish’s yearly Lenten observances, offering an opportunity for the faithful to reflect on Christ’s sacrifice and to strengthen their connection with the parish community.

The event at Barangay Kat-Bayani and Tandang-Kutyo was another step in the parish’s continued observance of the Lenten journey.
