TANAY, RIZAL – On May 12, 2025, volunteers from the Parish Pastoral Council for Responsible Voting (PPCRV) at San Ildefonso de Toledo Parish played an active role in supporting clean and transparent elections.
From the early hours of the day, SIPPCRV (San Ildefonso Parish PPCRV) volunteers were present in various precincts around Tanay. They served by monitoring the election process, observing vote transmission, and providing assistance where needed — helping to ensure a peaceful and orderly environment for voters.
Rev. Fr. Ferdinand Delatado, parish priest, extended his thanks to all the PPCRV volunteers for their dedication. “Maraming salamat sa ating mga SIPPCRV volunteers sa inyong patuloy na pagsisikap para sa mas maayos na halalan,” he said. “Let us continue to pray for the accuracy of the results,” he added.
Before and during the elections, PPCRV Prayer Warriors also gathered to lead prayers for honest and credible elections. Their presence reminded everyone of the spiritual aspect of public service and the importance of discernment and truth.
“Patuloy ang pagbabantay ng halalan, bantay ng katotohanan.” This was the message echoed by the parish as they recognized the efforts of those who served across different precincts — watching, reporting, and working to uphold the values of Clean, Honest, Accurate, Meaningful, and Peaceful (CHAMP) elections.
The San Ildefonso de Toledo Parish community joins in saluting all PPCRV volunteers for their tireless service and commitment to the truth. The work continues beyond election day, as they remain partners in building a better and more just society.
