TANAY, RIZAL – San Ildefonso de Toledo Parish hosted a Living Rosary and candlelight procession on October 31, marking the culmination of October’s Month of the Holy Rosary.

The event, organized by the Worship and Liturgy Team, honored the Blessed Virgin Mary and strengthened the community’s devotion.

The program commenced at 4:00 PM, with Rev. Fr. Ferdinand C. Delatado, the parish priest, presiding over the rosary.

This year’s theme, “BEATA VIRGO MARIA: LUX NOSTRA FILIOQUE JESU CHRISTO,” emphasized the role of the Blessed Virgin Mary as a guiding light to her Son, Jesus Christ.

Parish ministries led the various mysteries of the rosary, showcasing community participation.

The first mystery was led by the Parish Pastoral Council (PPC) and Parish Finance Council (PFC) members, Sis. Lina and Sis. Ampie.

The Legion of Mary presented the second mystery, represented by Sis. Leony J. and Sis. Alita.

The Mother Butler Guild led the third mystery with Sis. Leila G. and Sis. Cora.

The fourth mystery was conducted by the 2000 Hail Mary’s group and catechists, Sis. Susan and Sis. Leony, while the fifth mystery was shared by the Alagad ni Maria, with Sis. Meg Vergil and Bro. Gabriel.

The Living Rosary and candlelight procession provided a spiritual experience and fostered a sense of unity among parishioners.
