TANAY, RIZAL – A historic moment was experienced by the faithful of San Ildefonso de Toledo Parish when the image of St. Diego de Alcala from Barangay Quisao, Pililla, visited Tanay churcj on Saturday, October 5, 2024.

The visit was part of the image’s monthly journey, attended by parishioners who gathered to pray and celebrate this special occasion.

The activities began at 5:15 PM with the recitation of the Holy Rosary, followed by a Novena and Salutation to St. Diego de Alcala at 5:30 PM.

The celebration culminated in a Holy Mass led by Rev. Fr. Moises Villamayor, the parish priest of San Diego de Alcala Parish, at 6:00 PM.

The participation of the devotees and the rituals emphasized the community’s dedication to St. Diego de Alcala, known for his acts of kindness and love for others.
