When I was a young kid, I was stubborn and the black sheep of the family but everything changed when a catechist came to our school, taught us about love of God and introduced us to St. Ildefonso. That was when my devotion to St. Ildefonso started. My devotion to St. Ildefonso grew stronger when I was invited to become a sacristan by my cousin and I have been continuously serving as one for five years now. In all my prayers to St . Ildefonso he has neither failed nor let me down. Even if my prayers have not been directly answered, I received more and better blessings than what I prayed for.
